Grant & Grant Design Group is the nationally acclaimed residential design firm of Bill and Tim Grant, a father son partnership located in Western North Carolina. Bill Grant formed his design company in 1984 in the Atlanta metropolitan area. In 1988, after winning the Atlanta Street of Dreams competition at the St. Ives Country Club, Bill gained exposure beyond the Southeast. Today his designs are found as far west as California and as far east as the coast of South Carolina. His designs have been featured in over 30 publications including Pinnacle Living Magazine, "American Dream Homes", Better Homes and Gardens “Special Interests Publications” and Better Homes and Gardens “The Best Of: Home Plans”. Tim joined the firm in 2003, introducing a fresh perspective on mountain home design. In 2006 Tim’s skill as a conceptual designer earned Grant & Grant the “Designers Choice Award” in the 56th annual Design Competition by the American Institute of Building Design.

The primary focus of Grant & Grant is to create for each client a home uniquely their own. Bill and Tim personally design each home, crafting bright and functional spaces tailored to their client’s needs and desires.
